Prenatal Massage
A nurturing session tailored for the unique needs of expectant mothers. We focus on relieving the structural "aches" of pregnancy while ensuring safety and comfort for both parent and baby.
Note: No service additions can be included in prenatal massage due to several contraindications.
Swedish Massage
The gold standard for stress relief. Using long, gliding strokes, this service is designed to lower cortisol levels and promote a deep sense of calm.
Additions such as aromatherapy, tok sen, hot stones, cupping, and hot towels can be included in any relaxation/Swedish session.
Therapeutic Massage
A goal-oriented session focused on specific issues like sciatica, chronic neck and shoulder pain, carpal tunnel, or post-surgical recovery. I utilize anatomical assessment to address the root cause of chronic pain.
Additions available to add to this service would include hot stones, hot towels, cupping, tok sen, or aromatherapy.
Thai Massage
An ancient, rhythmic practice performed on a floor mat. This "lazy man's yoga" combines assisted stretching and acupressure using the palms and sometimes the feet to improve range of motion and flexibility.
These Thai sessions are available in durations from 50 to 80 minutes, providing tailored relief for chronic pain and muscle tension. Additions to services can also be applied for further relaxation, such as hot towels, Tok Sen, aromatherapy, and cupping.
Note: This is a fully clothed service. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting athletic clothing (like yoga pants and a t-shirt) that allows for a full range of motion.
The Bridal Radiance & Relief Package
Step One (Studio Session): Enjoy an 80 minute deep therapeutic massage one to two weeks prior to the big day to ease stress and open shoulders for perfect posture.
Step Two (Event Day Session); Receive a 30 minute targeted relaxation massage for neck and hands to calm morning jitters before makeup. Please note. The system displays this as a monthly fee but it is a single purchase for two total service credits. You are only charged once and have twelve months to use the credits.
(Includes beauty team coordination & setup. Travel within 15 miles of Medina is included; standard mileage fees apply beyond.)
